As promised weeks ago Nintendo has rolled out the pre-enrollment period for their new Nintendo Account System. As of today you can enroll in the New Nintendo Account. This account is the key component to linking previous Nintendo hardware (Wii U & 3DS) with their upcoming ecosystem (NX, Mobile)
